Bruel & Kjaer Vibro celebrate the installation of the 6000th wind turbine monitoring system.

It was only a decade ago that Brüel & Kjær Vibro, one of the pioneers in monitoring the drive train of wind turbines, developed the first dedicated wind turbine monitoring system. Our unique monitoring concept of hardware, software and diagnostic service has been developed in close cooperation with customers and their service teams and is used to monitor all types of wind turbines and wind parks. The diagnostic engineers in our Surveillance and Diagnostic Service Centres in Denmark, Shanghai and Houston monitor wind turbines around the world, evaluate alarms and issue actionable reports, thereby maximising lead-time to maintenance for our customers.

In addition to the turnkey solution, Brüel & Kjær Vibro also offer a true stand-alone monitoring solution.  Built on the experienced gained over the past decade, the VibroSuite standalone solution enables operators of wind farms to monitor the turbines themselves and store the data locally.
